This wonderful Baroque Basilica is located close to Piazza Navona and is also featured in Puccini’s Opera Tosca. With a large altar space, both choirs and orchestras can perform here.

In the shadow of the ancient ruins, ensembles can perform during the summer months as part of the Estate Romana Cultural Festival.

At the foot of the steps leading up to the church, a stage is erected during the summer months for a series of concerts that take place. The steps then form a natural seating area. Concerts usually take place around 21.00hrs.

Located in the ancient part of Veronalies this wonderful Gothic church, with 12 marble columns rising to a majestic vaulted ceiling. The churchplays host to late afternoon concerts most days of the week.

Time of year: Mid-JulyYour ensemble can perform an outdoor concert as part of this incredible festival, which takes place in the medieval hilltop town of Certaldo.The festival is a spectacular celebration of street theatre. Celebrating its 30th year in 2017, it is well established and draws huge crowds, making it a fantastic experience for your young musicians. Performances take place in the town’s streets and you can be certain of drawing a large, enthusiastic crowd.

Tettucio Spa plays host to a number of performances throughout the summer months, ranging from small choral ensembles to large orchestras. Originally built between 1779-1781, the baths have been remodeled on the Roman baths of old. The bathshavea most exquisite atmosphere, with performances taking place in the main courtyard, surrounded by columns and gardens glowing with beautiful flower beds and healthy cedar and palm trees. For the best audiences, concerts should start at 21.00hrs with ensembles advised to bring 'stand lamps'.

The Chiesa di San Michele is located in the centre of Lucca, the medieval walled city and home town of thefamous composer, Giacomo Puccini.Both orchestras and choirs are invited to perform in the church, with concerts generally taking place at 17.00hrs in order to take advantage of the numerous visiting tourists.

This modern-looking basilica built in the 1950's is located in the heart of Montecatini Terme and is one of the most important monuments to visit in the town. Choirs can take part in a mass and follow this with a recital, and orchestras are welcome to perform evening concerts (usually starting at 21.00hrs)in the church.

It is possible for choirs to perform in this beautiful cathedral in the centre of Sorrento. The cathedral contains some of the most stunning examples ofstained glass windows in Italy.

The Duomo di Sant'Andrea Apostolo is Amalfi's beautiful 9th century cathedral. Like every Italian city, the cathedral forms an important focal point for local life and offers visiting choirs the opportunity to perform in magnificent surroundings in the heart of the Amalfi Coast.

The church overlooks the canal and is known for its association with the famous and talented composer Vivaldi. Choirs can perform a full concert or be part of Mass.

This very popular area of Lido di Jesolo is located just 30m from the beach and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. Concerts take place in the evening. There are also a range of other piazzas and outdoor performance areas suitable for all types of ensemble.

This fantastic building, mother church of the city since the early Middle Ages, blends Romanesque with Byzantine and other diverse cultural influences from Venice's far-flung maritime empire. Its campanile, or bell-tower, offers one of the finest urban panoramas anywhere.For sacred choirs, it is possible to sing mass in this prestigious venue.

Outside of Venice is Padua, one of the oldest cities inNorthern Italy. Concerts takes place in the courtyard of thetown hall.
