How we do things

We are authentic

This means, bringing your ‘whole’ self to the table, be who you are.

By embracing our differences and quirks we create an environment where we are naturally inclusive, open to sharing a broad range of ideas and we embrace creativity and diversity of thinking.

We deliver as a team

When we deliver as a team, we share each other’s successes and failures.

More importantly when we deliver as a team, we are united towards delivering unmatched school trip experiences and customer service for students and teachers.

We nurture a growth mindset

Our goal is to be the market leading travel for education provider in the UK.

To get there we recognise that we need to cultivate a mindset of learning, growing, and evolving.

We believe that diversity is the key to our success

What our team are saying...

"I am really grateful to work in such a kind and welcoming environment. I can honestly say I have never met a group of people so kind and down to earth. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and it creates what feels like a family environment. We all lift each other and support each other, and it is the most motivating and wholesome thing to be a part of. I am also grateful, to work in a business that invests so much into its employees. The fact that we can learn a language through work, is such an amazing opportunity and works as an incentive, as well as being able to join fam trips and carry out product development."
