Choose a school ski trip to Switzerland for breathtaking Alpine scenery and excellent high-altitude skiing. Chocolate box villages and incredible mountain restaurants make for a more refined feel to your school ski holiday.

Unlike France, which is the home of purpose-built ski resorts, most of those in Switzerland grew up around mountain villages and so retain their traditional atmosphere. The resorts here feel a little calmer than in other Alpine destinations, making them ideal for school ski groups.

The Swiss are famous for their excellent, efficient customer service, so you’ll feel well looked after. Plus the piste grooming is truly immaculate - you can understand why us Brits have been flocking here since the late 19th century.

Switzerland boasts Europe’s largest glaciers, as well as the largest number of peaks over 4,000m, so many resorts offer real snow-sure conditions. And the skiing is varied enough to suit all levels of skier, which is always a huge plus for school ski groups.
