School Rugby Tour to Rome

Halsbury Sticker

Take your team on a school rugby tour to the Eternal City, Rome! Your players will love the combination of rugby, history and culture. Whilst the heartland of Italian rugby is in the north, the sport is rapidly growing in popularity in Rome, which often hosts the national sides home games at the Stadio Olimpico.

As well as training sessions and friendly fixtures against local opposition of a similar standard, you’ll also be able to watch a Six Nations or Pro12 match.

What’s more, Rome is the perfect destination for a cross-curricular trip! Why not invite your colleagues and their students in the history or languages department to join you to make this a real school event?
