The hostel is located to the east of the city centre in a quiet, typical Amsterdam neighbourhood. Amsterdam’s historic centre is less than 15 minutes away by bike or tram.Stayokay Amsterdam Oost is housed in an amazing building: a former school dating from around 1900. Visitors can enjoy the ultra-modern facilities in classical settings. Amenities at the hotel include a dining room, a lift to all floors, a lounge with a bar and games facilities including a pool table, a TV and video. Groups are mainly accommodated in rooms which sleep up to 4 people, with group leaders in twin rooms. If staff require single rooms there will be a supplement. With 40 rooms all offering private facilities it may be possible for groups to be accommodated together on one floor (subject to availability).
