Panorama is a real hidden gem for school ski groups. This is one of Canada’s quietest resorts, despite the fact it offers incredible skiing. So, your group will be able to enjoy the mountain without spending all their time in lift queues. Although mostly aimed at intermediates and experts, there is a brilliant beginners’ area on the lower part of the mountain which is also a slow skiing zone, so learners won’t need to worry about other skiers whizzing past them. All skiers will appreciate the impeccably groomed pistes and tree-lined runs that stretch all the way up the mountain.

The Approach Hotel
The Approach Hotel is located right in the centre of Panorama resort, within seconds not only of the resort's main lifts, but of all the amenities. This makes it the perfect base for a school ski trip to Panorama. The hotel offers basic but comfortable accommodation. The 100 guestrooms are offered in a variety of configurations, from single, queen and king rooms to double queens, family-style bunks and even some loft rooms, all with private bathroom facilities. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.

They've challenged themselves physically, now challenge them mentally with a quiz night. Held at the hotel, this will be a great way to relax and have fun with the whole group.

Launching your trip to parents and students
The next step is to get your trip approved and get students signed up. Our Trip Launch Pack is full of resources (all free to download) designed to make your life easier at this crucial point in the planning process.
After you’ve booked
Once you’ve booked, your dedicated Itinerary Coordinator will start work on the finer details. They’ll make sure your ski lessons, gear hire and après-ski activities are all sorted and they’ll take on most of the other admin tasks (so you can look forward to the trip as much as the kids).
Support while you’re away
While you’re away, you’ll be looked after by a Halsbury rep based in your resort. Plus, our HQ staff will be on available by phone, 24 hours a day. You’ll get a final info pack before you go with all the info you need, plus access to all your trip documents on the Vamoos app.
After your trip
When you return, we’ll ask you to complete a detailed feedback survey, so we can continue our service. This is also the perfect time to start planning your next trip, so you can give parents plenty of time to pay for it (and make it easier for you).
