Salamanca is very easy to navigate on foot and we offer accommodation within walking distance of our partner language school, either in the school’s residence, or with a carefully selected host family who have a Certificado de Antecedentes Penales – a clean police record. Other accommodation options are also available.

Our partner language school in Salamanca offers immersive lessons tailored to meet your requirements. Your students will also enjoy an extensive cultural activities programme including salsa lessons, seminars on Spanish art and literature, guided walking tours and museum visits.

Accommodation

Spanish host families

Host family accommodation offers your students the opportunity to take the Spanish learnt during their lessons and put it into practice with friendly native speakers. Their hosts will welcome them into their home and will encourage them to converse with them in Spanish only throughout their stay. This is an unforgettable, totally immersive experience that will not only help your students to improve their Spanish skills but will also help them to build their confidence. All our host families are carefully selected and well known to the dedicated Accommodations Officer at the language school. They also all hold a*Certificado de Antecedentes Penales*- proof of a clean police record. Please note that other accommodation options are available if you would prefer not to stay with host families on your Spanish school trip.

Launching your trip to parents and students

The next step is to get your trip approved and then get students signed up to it. Our ‘Trip Launch Pack’ will help you with this step. This is full of resources (all free to download) designed to make your life easier at this crucial point in the trip planning process.

After you’ve booked

Once you’ve booked, your dedicated Itinerary Coordinator will start work on the finer details. They’ll make sure your itinerary makes the most of your time and they’ll take on most of the admin tasks for your trip (freeing you up to do what you do best – teach).

Support while you’re away

From lost property to properly lost, we’ll always be on the end of the phone while you’re out on the trip. You’ll get a final info pack before you go, as well as access to all your trip documents via the Vamoos app.
