Teach your students the language of emotions with a language they’re fluent in – emojis!
Want your students to be able to talk about their emotions in French, Spanish or German? Then these posters are just what you need!
These fun posters have been designed to help you teach your students how to express their emotions in the target language, using emojis, which they’re obviously really familiar with!
The emojis illustrate the emotion being conveyed and underneath is the word in the target language.
There’s an emoji poster for Spanish, French and German. Why not use the poster as part of a starter activity? You could greet each student and ask them how they are today, encouraging them to pick an option from the poster.
We hope that these posters not only brighten up your classroom, but also help to expand and reinforce your students’ vocabulary and perhaps even help encourage their speaking skills.
If you have any ideas for other MFL resources you’d like to see, let us know on Twitter or Facebook, and perhaps your idea will be displayed in classrooms across the country!
