Once you’ve booked your trip, you’ll be invited to download the app for free.
You’ll find all sorts of useful features on there, including a shareable countdown to your trip which is great for drumming up excitement.
Before you leave, we’ll make sure all your trip documents are uploaded to the app, so you can access them easily from your phone or tablet, rather than having to rifle through a pile of paper every time you want to check something.
We know you like to have backup hard copies of everything, so we’ll still send your detailed information pack as well (which might include some tickets and vouchers that can’t be uploaded to the app).
So, you’ll have the best of both worlds.
Pro tip - Encourage all colleagues coming with you on the trip to download the app so they can all easily access important info like the trip itinerary and emergency contact details.
How do I download the app?
It’s super easy to get the app, you just need to head to your app store (either Apple’s App Store or Google Play) and search for ‘Vamoos’.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll need to use the following code to access your documents:
