What was your main aim for this trip?
We wanted to increase students’ understanding of the Cold War and Nazi Germany.
Why did you choose this destination?
It has a rich and varied history and I had been before, so knew it had a lot to offer.
On the third day, we visited the Topography of Terror and a former Stasi prison. On the final day, we visited the DDR Museum and the Berlin Wall. We also went bowling in the evening and went up the TV Tower.
They greatly helped with our students’ historical understanding and were enjoyable and engaging.

How much the students enjoyed it and how much it meant to them. They had such a wonderful time and were so happy with the trip.
