This year, European Day of Languages falls on Saturday. Of course, there’s nothing stopping you from holding a celebration during the week. But we thought this might be a great opportunity for you to help your students understand how they could be working on their language skills outside of the classroom!
That’s why we’ve put together this poster!
It has some great suggestions for your students to practice their languages outside of the classroom. From great little apps like Duolingo to a Chrome extension for Netflix that can help you learn more as you watch foreign TV and films, there’s plenty to keep them occupied.
Of course, YouTube is another great resource with loads of language-learning channels. We’ve left some space on the poster for you to suggest your favourite channels to your students. Some of ours include:
