You can’t live well if you don’t eat well! As part of our ‘Live Well’ series, we take a look at how your students can improve their diets, simply by swapping sugary, fatty snacks for these healthier alternatives!

  • Popcorn
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Crudités (carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber sticks etc.)

  • Baked potato
  • Sweet potato chips

Swap chocolate for…

  • Hot chocolate
  • Chocolate milk
  • Small handful of dried fruit

  • Oat/cereal bars
