27th - 31st March 2026
Welcome to the inaugural Halsbury Sports Challenge Series in Paris - a fun, inclusive rugby festival hosted in the centre of the French capital.
Exclusively hosted at the French Rugby Federations' brand new, state-of-the-art, youth rugby training facility in Paris, our Halsbury Sports Challenge event will see girls' and boys' teams come together to challenge their skills and put them into action on the pitch.
The brand-new Montbrand training centre features three pitches (two synthetic and one hybrid), a covered training area, a gym, changing rooms, a 700-capacity stadium and on-site medical facilities.
With time to enjoy Paris and Disneyland tickets included, this will be an unforgettable experience for your rugby teams.
Coach and air options are available, just let us know your preference when asking for a quote.
Please note that youth rugby age grades in France are split every two years, rather than every year as the UK home unions do. So, a UK U15 team would play a French U16 team, and so on.

The Sport Challenge Series in Paris is exclusively hosted at the French Rugby Federation's brand-new, state-of-the-art youth rugby training facility in Paris. The event will see girls' and boys' teams come together to challenge their skills and put them into action on the pitch.
Opening in September 2025, the brand-new Montbrand training centre is a result of Paris' investment in sports pathways following its hosting of the Olympics and the Rugby World Cup.
The venue features three pitches (two synthetic and one hybrid), a covered training area, a gym, changing rooms, meeting rooms, a 700-capacity seated stadium and on-site medical facilities.
Between matches and training sessions, players can visit the Halsbury Skills Zone to participate in various challenges, from ball handling skills and footwork to teamwork activities. They can test themselves against teammates and opponents, all under the guidance of a Halsbury Skills Coordinator. The Skills Zone offers a fun and engaging break from competition, designed to improve individual skills, enhance team bonding, and sharpen their competitive edge. Even teachers can join in the fun.
Situated conveniently in the northeast area of the city, the Generator Hostel Paris is perfectly located for easy access to our Sports Challenge Series venue, as well as the centre of Paris, Gare du Nord railway station and Charles de Gaulle airport. It's also just an hour away from Disneyland Paris. With multi-bedded rooms, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, cafe and bar, as well as a rooftop area with views over Sacré-Cœur and Montmartre, this is the perfect accommodation for groups attending the Sport Challenge Series in Paris.
Your quote will be put together by an experienced Tour Adviser who’ll be an expert in school sports tours and will know the destination really well too. They’ll work with you to create a tour to suit your group’s needs and meet your tour objectives.
The next step is to get your tour approved and then get students signed up to it. Our ‘Trip Launch Pack’ will help you with this step. Here you’ll find loads of resources (all free to download) designed to make your life easier at this crucial point in the planning process.
Once you’ve booked, your dedicated Itinerary Coordinator will start working on the finer details. They’ll make sure your itinerary makes the most of your time and they’ll take on most of the admin tasks for your tour (making the whole process a lot less stressful for you).
While you’re out on tour, we’ll be at the end of the phone 24 hours a day to provide support should you need it. We’ll also send you a final info pack before you go and you’ll be able to access all your tour documents via the free Vamoos app.
When you return from your sports tour, we’ll ask you to complete a detailed feedback survey, which helps us continue to improve the service we offer. And we can start planning your next tour too, so you can give parents plenty of time to pay for it (and so it’s less stressful for you).
