Prato Nevoso is part of the huge Mondolé ski area. With links to Artesina and Frabosa Soprana, you’ll have access to 130km of skiable terrain. Snow coverage is always good, even in mild weather, as 95% of the runs are covered by state-of-the-art snow cannons. A great place for beginners to learn and improve quickly, Prato Nevoso offers some lengthy blue and red runs, which most should be able to manage by the end of the week. And there's a fantastic snowpark with a half pipe, boardercross and plenty of jumps and rails to keep your snowboarders entertained. Artesina is better suited to the more advanced skiers, who will enjoy some challenging reds there.

The Hotel Galassia could not be more conveniently located for your school ski trip. Within 50m of the hotel you'll find the ski lifts, ski hire and ski school. The 70 guestrooms sleep 3-5 with twin room options available for accompanying staff. The hotel boasts some excellent facilities, including a TV lounge, a games room with table tennis and pool, and even a spa area with an indoor swimming pool. There's also a disco room, which is a popular option for celebrating the end of a fabulous week in the mountains!

After you’ve booked

Once you’ve booked, your dedicated Itinerary Coordinator will start work on the finer details. They’ll make sure your ski lessons, gear hire and après-ski activities are all sorted and they’ll take on most of the other admin tasks (so you can look forward to the trip as much as the kids).

Support while you’re away

While you’re away, you’ll be looked after by a Halsbury rep based in your resort. Plus, our HQ staff will be on available by phone, 24 hours a day. You’ll get a final info pack before you go with all the info you need, plus access to all your trip documents on the Vamoos app.

After your trip

When you return, we’ll ask you to complete a detailed feedback survey, so we can continue our service. This is also the perfect time to start planning your next trip, so you can give parents plenty of time to pay for it (and make it easier for you).

A good quiet ski resort that has door to door skiing- which is ideal for students, especially beginners. The hotel is very accommodating and is obviously very used to school parties, as nothing is too much. The Halsbury rep was exceptional and made the trip away easy.
