You'll be a key member of the Halsbury Travel procurement team responsible for identifying and contracting new ski products, particularly in the Alps and primarily in Austria.

Responsibilities:
- Support the business' growth ambitions by identifying and contracting new ski products, including hotels, ski hire and instructors, primarily in the Alps (and Austria, in particular).
- Other key contracting projects as required by the business.
- Report appropriately on agreed KPIs.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience of contacting ski product in Austria is essential - and ideally for the groups/schools market.
- Experience of contracting ski product outside of Austria is desirable.
- Must be commercially 'savvy' and have the ability to identify growth opportunities via a good understanding of market and audience dynamics.
- Must be able to effectively engage people and be a strong negotiator.
- Must demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, effectively prioritise tasks, be resilient and handle pressure calmly and objectively.
- Must be a 'self-starter'.
- Must be a good problem solver and be able to find creative solutions when required.
- Must have strong attention to detail, planning and organisational skills.
- Must have a high level of written and spoken English.
- Fluency in German desirable.
